Orlando, United States didn’t begin with theme parks. My work uncovers citrus groves, cattle trails, and civil rights sit-ins buried beneath today’s attractions. I weave archival research with residents’ memories, giving English-speaking audiences a sense of the city’s layered past, and the ghosts still walking its sunlit streets.
